From the 19th to the 22nd of October 2023, the 9th Selangor International Expo (SIE F&B) took center stage, solidifying its position as a premier F&B event in Malaysia. Building on the success of its predecessor, the event attracted 427 companies from diverse backgrounds, occupying 472 booths. Notably, the international allure of SIE F&B extended to 20 countries, showcasing its growing significance on the global F&B stage.

Hosted by the Selangor State Government and powered by Invest Selangor Berhad, SIE F&B 2023 emerged as the preferred platform for F&B companies in Malaysia and the region. With a focus on networking, expansion, and knowledge-sharing, the event played a pivotal role in fostering business enhancement and development within the industry.

The event offered a comprehensive exploration of new networking opportunities, collaborations, and emerging trends in the food and beverage landscape. Culinary enthusiasts had the chance to glean tips and tricks from culinary competitions, setting the stage for future events.

A noteworthy presence at the Selangor International Expo 2023 was the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at SEGi. Under the guidance of Nik Azreeta Nik Aziz, a dedicated lecturer, and accompanied by students, the delegation immersed themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the expo.
