Prof. Hashim Yaacob is a pioneering leader in Malaysian dentistry and a globally respected scholar. Former Dean and Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University of Malaya, he played a key role in gaining UK recognition for Malaysia’s BDS degree and developing impactful postgraduate dental programmes.

SEGi ORAL HEALTH CARE CENTRE
Our on-campus teaching facility provides students with hands-on clinical training under expert supervision. Equipped with 58 dental units, 56 prosthetic workstations, 31 simulators, and 6 X-ray units (including CBCT and IOPA), it offers a student-centred environment to build real-world dental skills through modern, problem-based learning.
