SEGi celebrated International Women’s Day 2025 with The Everyday Glow of Aspiring Women, an empowering training programme aimed at enhancing grooming, self-presentation, and workplace confidence. Sponsored by Sa Sa Malaysia, this initiative provided participants with practical skills in professional makeup techniques, reinforcing the importance of confidence in career success. Held on 12 March 2025, the session aligned with the theme “Aspiring Women, Building a Legacy,” equipping attendees with skills to carry themselves with confidence in professional settings.
Dressed in purple and white to symbolise solidarity, participants engaged in an interactive session led by Saripah, who shared key insights on identifying individual facial features, understanding undertones, and mastering professional grooming techniques. Studies show that self-confidence can increase career success rates by up to 30%, making self-presentation an essential skill in the workplace. The session provided women with practical tools to project confidence, professionalism, and authenticity in their careers.
