Bagaimana Pelajar Ini Menjadikan Sambutan Besar Tidak Dapat Dilupakan

SEGi students took centre stage at Tadika St. Faith’s 35th Anniversary Dinner, demonstrating their expertise and adaptability in event production. Held on 16 November 2024 at SJK Chung Hua No. 2, the celebration was a milestone for the kindergarten, and the SEGi Broadcast Club played a crucial role in ensuring its success. From stage management and photography to public address (PA) system operations, the students showcased their technical proficiency while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

A team of six students from diverse academic backgrounds, including Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, Psychology, and Early Years Education, took on key responsibilities at the event. Their participation went beyond technical execution; it was an immersive learning opportunity that equipped them with essential leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. According to the World Economic Forum, 75% of employers value hands-on experience as much as formal education, making events like these essential for career preparedness.

Beyond professional growth, this initiative reinforced the importance of community engagement and collaboration. By supporting an event that honoured early childhood education, the students contributed to Quality Education (SDG 4), recognising that early learning lays the foundation for lifelong success. Studies by UNESCO highlight that children who receive quality early education are more likely to excel academically and socially, further emphasising the significance of this celebration.
