DATIN ADELINE HII SIEW CHING

Datin Adeline Hii was appointed to the Board on 15 January 2025 as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.

A seasoned chartered accountant, Datin Adeline holds a Master of Commerce from the Queensland University of Technology. She is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with CPA Australia Ltd.

Datin Adeline has extensive experience in taxation and auditing, having served as a Senior Tax Agent and Auditor in Brisbane, Australia, where she specialised in advising small and medium-sized businesses. She previously led the Audit Department of a prominent chartered accounting firm, focusing on trust accounts for solicitors, real estate agencies, and general agencies.

After relocating to Malaysia in 2013, she transitioned into corporate finance, working with the HCK Group of Companies. She also founded Tadika Belle & Russell, a preschool that emphasises holistic, play-based learning.

She currently serves as the Company Secretary of HCK Capital Group Berhad and holds the position of Executive Director, Operations and Compliance, at HCK Capital Group.
