Juliet Chong, an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in a leading Malaysian conglomerate and extensive tenure at Hong Leong Yamaha, delivered a compelling presentation. She emphasised the critical role of quality culture in enhancing customer satisfaction, product reliability, and operational efficiency. According to a report by Grand View Research, the global quality management software market size was valued at USD 8.25 billion in 2019 and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 9.7% from 2020 to 2027, underscoring the increasing focus on quality management across industries.
