SEGi College Sarawak’s commitment to experiential learning was fully displayed on 5 March 2024, as Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (DIOSH) students embarked on a captivating field trip to the Borneo Cultures Museum. Designed as part of their OSH Communication subject, this excursion aimed to explore Sarawak’s linguistic and cultural evolution while providing valuable real-world context to their studies.
The five-storey museum, showcasing Sarawak’s rich heritage through modern architectural design, offered an immersive journey through time and culture. Each floor provided a unique perspective on Sarawak’s history and cultural development, from the ‘Love our Rivers’ gallery to the ‘Objects of Desire’ exhibition.
