Technovation 2025, hosted by the Faculty of Engineering, Built Environment and Information Technology (FOEBEIT), brought innovation to the forefront on 16 April 2025 at the DOME, SEGi University’s Kota Damansara campus. With the theme “Future Starts Now!”, the event featured a vibrant exhibition of 30 Final Year Projects (FYP), 5 Integrated Design Projects (IDP), and 2 Design Projects (DP), representing the work of students from Civil, Chemical, Electrical & Electronic, and Mechanical Engineering programmes.
The showcase served as a powerful reminder of how engineering education can directly contribute to solving real-world challenges. From clean energy and waste management to automation and environmental resilience, many of the projects reflected direct alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those focused on affordable and clean energy, sustainable industry innovation, and climate action.
